These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of contrivesol.com (the “Site”), operated by Contrive Solutions (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the Site you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful, personal, and business purposes. You agree not to:

Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or its underlying systems.
Scrape, copy, or republish content for redistribution without our permission.
Misrepresent your identity in submissions through our forms.
Upload material that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes the rights of others.

2. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (including text, design, graphics, code samples, case studies, logos, and the Contrive Solutions name) is the property of Contrive Solutions or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may quote short excerpts with attribution and a link back; bulk reproduction requires written permission.

3. Service Engagements

This Site is informational. Any engagement for software development, AI development, staff augmentation, or related services is governed by a separate written agreement (statement of work, master services agreement, or similar). Nothing on this Site by itself creates a contractual obligation between you and Contrive Solutions.

4. Third-Party Services

The Site embeds third-party services such as Google Analytics, Tawk.to, Tidio, and our AI voice-agent platform. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

5. AI Voice Agent

The voice agent at voice.agent.contrivesol.com is a demonstration of our AI capability. Conversations may be recorded and processed by us and our underlying AI providers for the purposes of providing and improving the demonstration. Do not share confidential information through the voice agent.

6. No Warranties

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. We make no warranty that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses, and we disclaim all implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Contrive Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Contrive Solutions harmless from any claim arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms periodically. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
